Is there any ID requirement upon check-in?
For security purposes, all guests are required to provide a valid government photo ID upon check-in.We request that all non-local guests show valid passports when checking in to the hotel.Each ID and passport will be scanned and all information confidentially recorded in accordance with Chinese government regulations.
If non-staying guests are permitted enter into guest rooms without registration?
No. The visitor registration for non-staying guest is requested and coordinated by Concierge. Guests may reach out Concierge with required authorized identification for registration before entering to guest rooms.The time period allows non-staying guests visiting in guest rooms is from 6:00AM – 11:00PM.
Is smoking permitted in the hotel?
In accordance with Beijing Government Regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside the hotel. Cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.
Can I take my dog to your hotel?
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, our property has a strict 'No Pet' policy. It’s highly recommended to contact with trusteeship to make appropriate arrangements for your pets.
Is connecting room available?
The hotel is pleased to offer various connecting room configurations. Please make your request via the hotel as early as possible to ensure availability.
Is rollaway bed available?
Rollaway beds and baby cots are subject to availability upon check-in. Rollaway beds are included in extra adult charge or available for a fee separately. Baby cots are complimentary. Please submit request for extra bedding at the time of reservation.
How many guests can be accommodated in same guest room?
Maximum two adults and up to two children (0-9 years old) are allowed in a room with existing bedding at the regular rate; extra charges may apply from the second person in a room.
What is the early arrival policy?
Check-in time is 3pm. Early arrivals are granted upon request, subject to availability. To guarantee immediate access to your room upon early arrival, please reserve the night prior.
Is early departure available?
We’re happy to accommodate early departures upon request. However, an early departure fee will apply depending upon the terms of your reservation. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
Is late check-out available?
We are pleased to schedule your check out time to coincide with your travel plans. In the case of a late departure between 12pm and 6pm, an additional 50% of the room rate will apply. For checkout after 6pm, an additional night's fee will apply.
Are accessible facilities and guest rooms available?
The hotel is pleased to offer accessible facilities and guest rooms. Wheelchairs are available and may be obtained through the Concierge with advance reservation.
Is there any free WI-FI in hotel?
Wireless high speed internet access is available in guest rooms and public area with free of charge.
Could in house guest use fitness center and swimming pool?
The hotel's swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and steam room are reserved for use by registered guests and members only.

What is the payment policy?
The hotel accepts cash, credit card and bank transfers as forms of payments. However, a credit card is always recommended to be presented upon check-in. Please contact the hotel directly if payment will be in the form of a bank transfer or a check from a local company at least 5 working days before arrival. Third party payments are not accepted.
